GUEST INFORMATION

Arrival/Departure Details:

• Check in is anytime after 12 p.m. on your first day of hunting. Departure is after lunch at 12 p.m. following your last morning of hunting.  

• If flying privately, Omar N. Bradley Airport in Moberly is 15 minutes away, and we can arrange roundtrip car service free of charge to Mallard Valley.

• If flying into Columbia Regional Airport, we can arrange roundtrip car service for $100 to Mallard Valley, or you may rent a car and drive the hour long trip to the lodge.

• If flying into Kansas City International Airport or Lambert St. Louis International Airport, you will need to rent a car and drive the roughly three hours to the lodge.

 

Hunting Licenses:

All hunting guests will also need to purchase required licenses before arriving at Mallard Valley. This can be done online at the Missouri Department of Conservation website or purchasing them in the sporting goods department at any Wal-Mart store location in Missouri.

Note: if purchasing hunting licenses online, the Missouri Department of Conservation requires you to upload proof of your hunter's education certification.

In order to hunt you will need the following licenses, depending upon season dates booked:

• Non-Resident Archers Hunting Permit ($265)

• Non-Resident Firearms Any Deer Hunting Permit ($265)

Equipment:

Please bring your preferred hunting clothes, firearm or bow/crossbow and ammunition with you. If you prefer not to travel with ammunition, you are welcome to purchase ammunition at the lodge. Keep in mind Missouri weather changes frequently, so we urge you to keep an eye on the forecast to be sure you bring the necessary clothing and equipment with you.
